zombie villager could spawn normally if zombie kills villager he will be zombie villager

baby zombie villager could spawn randomly and if zombie kills baby villager

husk are the desert versions of zombies they spawn in desert

baby husk are the miniature version of husks they spawn in desert

drowned are the ocean versions of zombies they spawn when a zombie stays a lot of time in the water
